I was happy with what I made yesterday, I feel like I'm starting to take light into more consideration now, however, I'm not really sure if I'm headed in the right direction. I feel like I'm trying to draw too realistically and too attentively. I also need to start using different colours, and maybe mess around with watercolour.
Hey Francis - a couple of notes - I think you should consider just aligning all your images centrally - one on top of the other - and making them bigger. The alignment of these images is a bit odd... and you also need to take much better photos. You've got some lovely soft and subtle studies here... and your own photographs aren't doing your work justice. Just sharpen up these presentational issues and your blog will start to feel immediately more professional and public-facing :)
